Something's always happening at Silverman's Farm! While the following chart will guide you in planning your trip, we encourage you to call ahead to make sure a specific attraction you're interested in will be available on the date you visit.

In Response to Gov. Jodi Rell's Care and Share Challenge to fight hunger in CT, a portion of all Pick Your Own proceeds on Saturday, August 16 will be donated to the Connecticut Food Bank - thank you to all our customers who participated in our care and share challenge day

October	After fruit picking, weekend tractor rides through our orchards. Enjoy the beautiful New England view -- you can even see Long Island Sound on a clear day.

Harvest Season	Pick your own peaches, apples and plums. We have dozens of varieties! Please refer to our Apple chart


Late September thru Thanksgiving	Enjoy the harvest season with our decorated pumpkin patch, full of twenty different varieties of colorful fall sqashes, gourds, straw bales, cornstalks, scarecrows and colorful mums for your decorating needs. Guess the weight of your pumpkin within two ounces and it's free!

November - December	Hot cider, Christmas trees, poinsettias, wreaths and gifts are just the start of what you'll find at Silverman's during the holiday season.
January - April	All through the winter, you'll want to stop by the farm market for our delicious pies, jams, and other yummy treats! The animal farm is open year round. Florist &Greenhouse Open - Country Collectible Gifts Call ahead for winter hours.

May	Celebrate Mother's Day with a beautiful flowering or hanging basket, dish garden, patio planters, or fresh cut flowers.

May - August	A great time for a birthday party at the animal park. Call for details.
